If we really, really, really, like you, then we will think about it. Now, this comes with time, like months or years together that would cause you to think before you do the things that you might otherwise do. You might see your girlfriend's face or hear her voice before stepping to the other women. But, your face or voice only matters if we have good memories with it. If the thought of your voice or face drives us crazy, then we will probably cheat.

The other thought that will keep a man from cheating is that "I have the best woman alive. All of the rest are nothing stacked up next to my woman." A guy who thinks those thoughts will not cheat on his woman. It's like trading a Ferrari for a Kia. What, are you stupid? Not quite. The thing that you should notice is that positive experiences keep men from cheating. A guy is not really afraid of negative consequences. Look at it from our perspective.

We are tired of everything being wrong. We are tired of never getting it quite right. So, when this hot girl makes eyes at us, we start thinking, "Hey, she thinks I'm cute. Maybe I'm not the ***hole that my girl keeps telling me I am." Before you ignore my comments as typical guy talk, flip the roles for a second. Let's say that your guy always has negative comments about you; everything you do is wrong; you never quite get it right.

The lesson is here is simple. If you want your man to love you and not cheat on you, then most of the encounters have to be positive. Happy men don't cheat. If there's cheating, then something is wrong in the relationship. You could be the cause or he could be the cause, but don't fool yourself into thinking that everything was good and he just woke up cheating. Your relationship was dead a long time before that or it wasn't going anywhere.
